"This collection contains sequencing data of developmental mouse brain samples, generated by Paired-Tag, for DNA modalities that cover these histone modifications at single cell resolution: H3K27ac, H3K27me3, H3K4me1, and H3K9me3. The following brain regions were profiled: frontal cortex, hippocampus, and striatal formation. Samples were collected at the following timepoints: e14.5, e16.5, P0, P14, and P28."
